Incorporated in 1997, as an engineering services company, REMBAM NIG LTD has carved a niche for itself in the areas of engineering, haulage and telecommunications. Established on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and excellence, we have consistently delivered world-class solutions that shape structures, connect communities, and drive regional development.
Our expertise spans civil engineering works, road construction, building works, equipment leasing, haulage and logistics, backed by a modern fleet of CNG powered trucks and a team of seasoned professionals.
We have provided invaluable services to the downstream sector of the oil and gas market through the building and maintenance of infrastructure for petroleum products sales and services outlets across the nation for Texaco Oil later renamed Chevron Nigeria PLC and now M.R.S Oil PLC.
The advent of Global Satellite for Mobile Telecommunications (G.S.M) in Nigeria, presented an opportunity for REMBAM to provide reliable services such as tower installation, fibre optic deployment, network infrastructure support and maintenance services to some of the region’s leading operators.
Today, Rem-Bam Telecommunications is a major SBC for Huawei Technologies Ltd as we provide gadgets and telecommunication equipment installation services for all major service providers (MTN, Airtel, GLO, 9mobile) in Nigeria, Chad and Cameroon.
Over a decade ago, our haulage and logistics arm partnered with Lafarge/WAPCO Cement PLC for the movement of their finished products from production plants to last mile delivery across depots and customers all around Nigeria with the deployment of our numerous CNG powered eco-friendly HOWO trucks of 20 tons, 40 tons and bulk trailers.
We have also provided haulage and logistics services to major construction and manufacturing firms such as Julius Berger, BUA Group, Elephant Group, CNC, and CCECC as well as hauled and moved finished products for Guinness Nigeria PLC from their Ikeja and Benin depots to the entire length and breadth of the country.
At REMBAM, Environmental Health and Safety(EHS), quality, and customer satisfaction are at the core of everything we do as we subject each project to rigorous and continuous monitoring throughout its lifecycle.
