  6. Building of new petroleum products sales outlets for Texaco Service outlets in Akure, Ondo State, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State, etc.
  7. A maintenance service contract for all Chevron facilities at the Head Office building on Macarthy Street, Onikan, and the residential apartment of its management staff.
  8. Construction of an Office complex, workshop area, and a wide expanse of parking area for Lanre Shittu Truck Centre along Apapa Oshodi expressway, Lagos.
  9. Concrete flooring of the truck parking lot at Lanre Shittu Truck Centre along Apapa Oshodi expressway, Lagos.
  10. Construction of various private residential estates.
  11. Sand filling, grading, and compacting of an additional 3.2 hectares of land for Capital Oil and Gas Ind. LTD at Amuwo-Odofin Industrial Layout at the same Location.
  12. Concrete flooring of 3.2 hectares of land, a trailer parking facility to include construction of a modern office complex for use by various petroleum products marketers representative belonging to Capital Oil and Gas Ind. LTD at Awuwo-Odofin Industrial layout.
  13. Upgrading of Chevron Oil PLC Tank farm, Apap Terminal installation.
  • Installation of a vertical 50,000 litre water storage tank on a 9m stanchion at Chevron Oil PLC Apapa installation ( All civil work and stanchion fabrication, and installation included). 
  • Rehabilitation of the burnt loading gantry at Folawoyi Energy Limited includes demolition of the burnt gantry and all civil structures, and upgrading of the driveway of Folawiyo Energy Limited facility at Apapa.
  • Construction of the Consol yard for truck parking at Amuwo-Odofin Industrial Layout for Folawiyo Energy Limited. 
  • Concrete flooring of truck parking area at Chevron Oil PLC. warehouse facility at Alapere, Lagos. 
  • Constrcution of a 6 floor Head Office complex for LANRESHITTU MOTORS at Mabuchi area, Abuja. 
  • Construction of a Mega Petroleum product sales and service outlet, which includes building and other ancillary structures for Capital Oil and Gas Industries. LTD, along the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway around Momole Phase II near Otedola Housing Estate.
  • Road Construction and Maintenance.
